Who We Are:
Iron Mountain Sheet Metal is the collaboration of two long time sheet metal and construction workers, Reuben and Ron, who decided they had outplayed their time as workers and needed to step up to their next goal.
The success of Iron Mountain is not only dependent on the skill and knowledge these two have about sheet metal and business operations but the lasting relationships they have forged with others in the construction field. Reuben and Ron became friends nearly 20 years ago when Ron introduced Reuben to his sister in-law Nancy who Reuben later married.
Iron Mountain has a vested interest in the continued growth not only in their business but in the sheet metal industry as well. Iron Mountain is a family run and family oriented company whose three initial employees include John and Anthony, Reuben's stepson and son, and Ron's son David. Their long term investment in this company doesn't come from a monetary stand point but one that aims to teach and develop their sons to learn valuable skills and be laborers in their communities.
Reuben Russell
Reuben is a native born resident who was raised in Marin. He has been working in the construction and sheet metal industry in Northern California for over 30 years . He has worked on buildings and structures including the Golden Gate bridge and numerous homes and offices in the area. His goal for Iron Mountain Sheet Metal is to provide contractors a lasting product and long term business relationships.
Ron Etz
Ron was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona and after many years there he needed a change of pace and moved to Petaluma, CA. After falling in love with surfing and the North Bay construction lifestyle he moved to Southwest Colorado to raise his two kids. Now having returned to Northern CA he aims to change the sheet metal industry here with Iron Mountain's efficient and exquisite work.
